Terms & Conditions

- Any participant who has paid a full or partial payment for an Ultra Egypt event will be offered a full refund if the race gets cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19.

- A non refundable admin fee of $50 is automatically deducted upon booking an Ultra Egypt race that is under 100KM, regardless of any non-Covid related cancellation

- A non refundable admin fee of $100 is automatically deducted upon booking an Ultra Egypt race that is equal to or above 100KM, regardless of any non-Covid related cancellation

- Upon receipt of written cancellation by any member of the trip 45 days or longer prior to the race's date, the admin fee paid by the cancelling party will be retained by Ultra Egypt and the balance of the package price refunded or transferred less 10% as credit to another UE race.

- If a cancellation is received at least 15 days and up to 35 days  prior to the race's date, 50% of the package price will be retained by Ultra Egypt (this includes the $50 or $100 admin fees).

- The balance of the package price could also be transferred less 10% as credit to another UE race.
